At Web Design Kashmir ("we," "our," or "us"), we believe in maintaining complete transparency with our clients. Because web design, SEO, and digital marketing services require the immediate allocation of time, software resources, and expert labor, we adhere to a very specific refund and cancellation policy.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy After Deal Finalization

Once you accept our proposal, make an initial deposit, and we commence work (this includes strategy, mockup creation, or writing any code), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • No Refunds on Commenced Work: If we have already started coding, designing, or implementing a marketing campaign, the time spent cannot be returned. Because of this, the associated fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • No Refunds on "Change of Mind": If you decide to cancel the project for personal reasons, business closure, or a change of mind after the agreement is finalized, any deposits made are non-refundable to cover our blocked calendar time and administrative costs.
  • No Refunds on Third-Party Expenses: Any payments made toward domain names, web hosting, premium plugins, or ad budgets (Google Ads/Facebook Ads) are completely non-refundable as these funds are immediately transferred to third-party vendors.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions (Pre-Commencement Only)

A full or partial refund may ONLY be issued in the following extremely rare circumstances:

  • If you mistakenly paid twice due to a technical payment gateway error.
  • If we mutually agree to cancel the project before any strategy calls, resource allocation, or design work has begun (subject to a small administrative deduction).
  • If Web Design Kashmir is unable to start or fulfill the project due to unforeseen internal circumstances. In this unique scenario, a 100% refund of the unutilized amount will be issued.

3. Service-Specific Terms

Web Design & Development

Web design projects are typically divided into milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion). The initial 50% deposit secures your slot in our development queue and covers initial UI/UX strategy. This deposit is entirely non-refundable. If you cancel the project midway, you will not be billed for the final 50%, but the initial deposit will not be returned.

SEO & Digital Marketing Retainers

SEO and Digital Marketing are ongoing monthly services. We require a 30-day notice for the cancellation of any monthly retainer. You will not receive a refund for the current month's services once the month has started. Because SEO involves continuous backend work (link building, content creation), past months are permanently non-refundable.

4. Dispute Resolution & Revisions

We are a highly reputed agency in Kashmir, and client satisfaction is our priority. Instead of refunds, we offer structured Revision Cycles. If you are unsatisfied with a design mockup, we will revise it according to the terms defined in your initial proposal until we achieve the business goal. Dissatisfaction with a subjective design element does not qualify for a refund, as revision rounds are built into our workflow to ensure you get what you want.
